  • Avoid bleach, softeners, and harsh chemicals — they damage elastic fibers and fade colors.
  • Rinse after workouts or swim sessions to remove sweat, salt, or chlorine.
  • Do not wring or twist; gently press out excess water.
  • Dry flat in the shade — avoid tumble dryers and direct sunlight.
  • Do not iron or dry clean.
  • Keep away from rough surfaces and Velcro to prevent snags or pilling.
