What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the moment you receive your order.

*We only accept returns of clothing returned to us in new condition. If you have used, washed, or removed the tags/hygiene sticker, we cannot resell it to another customer and therefore cannot approve the return.

Are bikini bottoms returnable?

Yes — bikini bottoms can be returned, provided they meet our hygiene and quality standards. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • New and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • With the hygienic protection liner intact and untouched

For the safety and comfort of all customers, we cannot accept bikini bottoms that show any signs of wear, damage, or removal of the protective liner.

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, we offer exchanges! Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send out your exchange right away.

How can I return an item?

To return an item, simply contact our customer service by email and provide your order number. We will generate a return label for you and share all the instructions.

Please note that the return shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

How long does a return take?

Return times depend on your location. From the moment you drop off your package at the post office or pickup point, it usually takes around 1–2 weeks for it to arrive at our warehouse.

Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we’ll process your refund and send you an email confirmation.

How and when will I be refunded for my return shipment?

From the moment we receive and process your return, it will take up to 10 business days for the money to appear in your account. The refund will always be based on the same payment method you used for your purchase.

Can I return a sale item or gift card?

Sale items can be returned unless marked as ‘final sale’. Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

30-Day Return Period

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return or exchange.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, all items must be returned in new, unused condition, including:

  • Unworn and unwashed
  • Free from stains, deodorant, makeup, perfume, or visible damage
  • With all original tags attached
  • In the original packaging when possible

Swimwear Specific Conditions

For hygiene reasons, bikini bottoms and one-piece swimwear must be returned with the hygiene protection liner intact, clean, and completely untouched.
If the liner is removed, damaged, or shows signs of wear, we cannot accept the return.

Items that do not meet the conditions above will be declined and sent back to the customer.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service by email info@wearbrisa.com and include your order number. We will create a return label for you and provide step-by-step instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Yes — we offer size and product exchanges!
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will dispatch your exchange as soon as possible, depending on stock availability.
If the requested item is out of stock, we will contact you with alternative solutions.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Refunds

After approval, refunds are processed within up to 10 business days.
