Can I make changes to an order I've already placed?

Once an order is placed, we cannot modify it directly. However, we can help:

  • Before fulfillment: Contact us immediately, and we can adjust items, quantities, or shipping details on our end.
  • Cancellations: Please reach out within 1 hour of ordering for the best chance of cancellation.
  • After changes: We'll issue a refund or send an invoice if the total changes.

Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and requested changes.

What is the return policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy from the moment you receive your order.

*We only accept returns of clothing returned to us in new condition. If you have used, washed, or removed the tags/hygiene sticker, we cannot resell it to another customer and therefore cannot approve the return. Please, click here to read more about our Return policy.

How do I use a discount code?

If you have a discount code, enter it at checkout before selecting your delivery and payment method. You can open the code entry field by clicking "Add a discount code."

In most cases, discount codes are valid on regular prices and cannot be combined with other offers.

Are bikini bottoms returnable?

Yes — bikini bottoms can be returned, provided they meet our hygiene and quality standards. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • New and unworn
  • Unwashed
  • With all original tags attached
  • With the hygienic protection liner intact and untouched

For the safety and comfort of all customers, we cannot accept bikini bottoms that show any signs of wear, damage, or removal of the protective liner. To learn more about our return policies, click here.

When will you restock sold-out items?

We work with limited quantities to ensure each piece feels unique — just like you. Because of that, many items are not regularly restocked. However, in some cases we may be able to reorder a style.

If you have your eye on a sold-out item, simply contact us, and we’ll happily check availability and let you know if a restock is possible.

When will I get my order?

We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Shipping is calculated based on your location. To know more about it, check our delivery page.

How can I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you'll automatically receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. This email includes a link to track your package in real-time

How much does it cost the shipping?

Shipping within the Netherlands has a flat rate of €4.50.

For EU and international orders, shipping costs vary by location.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our activewear and swimwear are proudly manufactured in Brazil. We work only with trusted, small-scale partners that we know personally — not large mass-production factories. This allows us to ensure consistent quality, craftsmanship, and responsible production practices in every piece.

By sourcing locally from reliable suppliers, we maintain full control over materials, fit, and finish — so you receive products that are made with care from start to finish.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do. We offer international shipping to several countries.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes — if you live in Amsterdam, you can pick up your order. Since we don’t have a physical store, pickups are arranged by appointment only.
